Stick a sticker on each washroom
Add your washrooms and the jobs for each one, like "clean toilets every 2 hours" or "deep clean weekly". Print a free QR sticker for each door.
Cleaners scan and tick
Any phone camera opens the list. Cleaners tap their name, enter their PIN and tick the jobs that are due. Pictures and read-aloud in English, isiZulu and Sesotho. Works without signal.
Everyone can see it's done
You see every round, who did it and when, and what's due now. Visitors scan the same sticker to see when it was last cleaned.

Questions managers ask
Do cleaners or visitors need to install an app?
No. They point their normal phone camera at the sticker and it opens in the browser. It works on cheap phones and uses very little data.
Can I set my own jobs and times?
Yes. Each washroom gets its own list of jobs, and each job its own timing: every 2 hours, 3 times a day, twice a day, daily, weekly or monthly. Cleaners only see what's due.
What do visitors see about my cleaners?
Only the time of the last clean and the cleaner's first name. Visitors can't see or change any records.
Can anyone change or delete a record?
No. Not cleaners, not you, not us. That's why your clients and inspectors can trust it.
What if there's no signal?
The round saves on the phone and sends itself when signal comes back, with the real time it was done.
Do you also do kitchens?
Yes. Our sister app FreshKept does fridge, freezer and food temperature logs for R638.
